1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
2 small onions, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
¼ cup butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups milk
1 ½ teaspoons crushed garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook farfalle at a boil, stirring occasionally, until cooked through yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain and pour farfalle back into pot.

For Sauce:
2 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 TBSP Olive Oil
4 Cups Broccoli Florets, steamed
1 lb Orrecheitte Pasta or Rotini Pasta
3/4 cup butter, salted
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
4 TBSP flour
2 cups Heavy Cream
3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1.Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and set aside. 2.For Chicken: 3.In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium high heat. 4.On a large plate mix together flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
