CREAMY CRAWFISH PASTA
A friend from college gave me this recipe. It's perfect for me because, living in Louisiana, we always have a pound or so of crawfish left over after a crawfish boil. However, any seafood could be substituted for the crawfish if they are hard to find in your area.

- Use a heavy cream sauce for a rich and creamy flavor. Add Parmesan cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper to the sauce for extra flavor.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Combine the cooked crawfish tails, sauce, and pasta in a large bowl. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
- Serve the creamy crawfish pasta immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.
