6 c finely shredded cabbage
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 Tbsp grated onion
1 can(s) drained pineapple chunks, diced, 18 - 20 oz.
to taste salt and pepper
DRESSING
2/3 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp celery seed
1/2 c milk or half & half
1/2 c sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Toss all the slaw mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • 2. Put all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk well
