2 cans (5 oz each) chunk light tuna in water, drained
3 tablespoons Mountain High™ whole milk plain yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 medium vine-on tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Move oven rack 4 to 6 inches from broiler. Set oven control to broil.
  • Use toaster to lightly toast whole wheat bread. Arrange in single layer on foil-lined cookie sheet.
  • In medium bowl, stir together tuna, yoghurt, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6-8 slices crusty bakery style whole-grain bread
1-2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, freshly grated
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place bread slices on a parchment lined baking sheet and toast for 13-15 minutes until golden crisp, flipping halfway.

1/4 teaspoon onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 avocado ((peeled and sliced))
1 large tomato ((sliced))
4 sliced muenster cheese

Steps:

  • Lightly toast each slice of bread.
  • While the bread is toasting, make the tuna salad by combining the tuna, mayonnaise, dill, onion flakes, garlic powder, and paprika in a medium bowl.

1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Several dashes hot sauce
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
Zest of 1/2 lemon

12 slices Swiss cheese
1 Roma tomato, sliced
2 teaspoons chopped chives
