3/4 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

  • Add cream sauce to the spinach mixture.
  • In a food processor pulse spinach 3 or 4 times. It should retain its texture. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.

Tips:

  • Wash Spinach Thoroughly: Before cooking, rinse the spinach several times under cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
  • Use a Large Skillet: A large skillet or sautĂ© pan will provide ample space for the spinach to wilt and cook evenly.
  • Cook Spinach in Batches: If using a large quantity of spinach, cook it in batches to prevent overcrowding and ensure even cooking.
