1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill

Steps:

  • Prepare peas and carrots according to the package directions, adding the sugar.
