1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c instant cream of wheat
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together flour, cream of wheat,sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. Whisk together the milk, sour cream,vegetable oil, egg and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • 2. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, carefully. Heat a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking oil over medium heat.
