SOUR CREAM & FRESH HERB DIP
A delicious combination of fresh herbs and sour cream for your chips or veggies. You can even make this for over your baked potato. I made this all last summer for company and family while the fresh herbs were growing. It tastes better over time. Herbs must be fresh except cumin for this enjoyable dip.

ENGLISH CREAM OF SORREL HERB SOUP
Sorrel is a very old herb that has been used throughout the centuries in England, as well as the rest of Britain and Europe - especially France. I have called this an English soup, as it does not contain any egg yolks, as French Sorrel soup often does. It can be served chilled or hot, and is also delicious made with a combination of sorrel, watercress and other green herbs. You must try to use the small round tipped sorrel leaves, as the large pointed leaves are very bitter! Sorrel is a purgative and an excellent detoxification herb, so you can enjoy your soup as well as cleansing yourself!! Garnish with croutons and finely chopped sorrel leaves.

Tips:
- Use fresh herbs for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs, but use half the amount.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different herbs. Some good combinations include rosemary and thyme, sage and parsley, or oregano and basil.
- If you want a thicker soup, add more flour or cornstarch. You can also add some cooked rice or potatoes.
- Serve the soup with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt, a sprinkle of fresh herbs, or some croutons.
- This soup can be made ahead of time and reheated when you're ready to serve.
Conclusion:
