CREAM CHEESE FRUIT DIP
I made this a few years back and couldn't quite remember how it was made. So I experimented. Finally I found the right mix! This is far from calorie free. But it is so yummy. I hope you all enjoy it!

Steps:
- (Note on the Cool Whip -- It tasted just as good if you add more Cool Whip. So if you like, adding more cool whip will work).
- Add cream cheese and butter to bowl and mix till well blended together. (I like to use my KitchenAid mixer!).
- Add powdered sugar a little at a time until well blended.
- Add vanilla while the powdered sugar is mixing.
- Add Cool Whip to the mixture.
- Now you are done. It goes well with many different cut up fruits. I haven't tried it with low fat cream cheese or low fat Cool Whip yet. When I do I will post my results. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family enjoys it!

LEMONY CREAM CHEESE FRUIT DIP
This recipe is the result of wanting fruit dip and not having most of the ingredients. When I got the ingredients and made it according to original, I discovered I preferred this one to the original. Can be served right away or chilled firm.

CREAM CHEESE MANDARIN FRUIT DIP
One of my former co-workers brought this to a potluck - it was gone before the fruit was! This is a refreshing, light dip that also works as a topper for a fruit salad. It saves well in the fridge, and for best flavor should be made the night before, and chilled overnight.

Steps:
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature FIRST!
- Whip the cream cheese and marsmallow together, then fold in the drained mandarin oranges.
- Check the consistancy: if it seems thick to you, then add the reserved juice, 1/4 tsp at a time. I prefer my topping thicker, like a dip, so I only add 1/4 tsp juice.
- If you are going to mix it into the fruit salad, then you would want it thinner.
- I also prefer to put it in the fridge (covered with saran wrap) overnight. Enjoy!
