1 pound (16 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
2 pounds confectioners' sugar, sifted

Steps:

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and vanilla until light and creamy, about 2 minutes. With mixer on medium speed, gradually add butter, beating until incorporated.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 cup chopped pecans
3 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
16 ounces powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup oil
3/4 cup of chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
5 -6 bananas
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl, sift them together 3 times.
  • Add pineapple, bananas (pinch the bananas off and mush with your fingers as you add it to the mix), nuts, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
