CROCKPOT CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN & MUSHROOMS
My hairdresser shared this recipe with me. I love it served over egg noodles, but my mom prefers it over rice. Either way, it's super yummy! I often use chicken tenders in this recipe, but my hairdresser uses skinless, boneless thighs.

CREAM CHEESE CROCKPOT CHICKEN
Here is another one of my favorite crockpot dishes. Friends and family request this recipe and nearly everyone asks for the recipe. It smells so good while cooking! NOTE: If you don't have time to wait for the sauce to thicken, try making it in a sauce pan.

Tips:
- For a creamier sauce, use a higher fat content cream cheese. A good option is to use a full-fat cream cheese.
- If you don't have a crockpot, you can also make this recipe in a slow cooker.
- Be sure to cook the chicken on low heat for at least 6 hours, or until it is cooked through.
- To make the sauce even more flavorful, you can add a teaspoon of garlic powder or onion powder.
