⅔ cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter.

2 large eggs
2/3 cup whole milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet, brown beef; drain and set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, eggs and milk; beat until smooth. 1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 lb ground beef or 1 lb bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce or 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese or 2 cups pizza cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease and flour a pizza pan or 10 x 15 baking sheet (with sides).

2 c all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp italian seasoning
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 lb ground beef or sausage
TOPPINGS
1 can(s) pizza sauce (15oz)
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pkg pepperoni
1 can(s) black olives, sliced
1 can(s) mushrooms, sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large skillet, brown meat until fully cooked. While meat is cooking, combine remaining crust ingredients. It should be the consistency of pancake batter.
  • 2. Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan, and top with browned meat. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

1 lb ground chuck, sausage, or pepperoni
1/4 c chopped onion

1 c cup shredded mozzarella
4 OZ can(s) mushroom pieces drained

Steps:

  • 1. IN A MEDIUM SKILLET BROWN MEAT. DRAIN WELL.
  • 2. LIGHTLY GREASE AND DUST A 12-14 in pan with flour.
  • 3. prpare batter by mixing flour, salt, pepper,italian seasoning, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. pour batter into pan, tilting pan so batter covers the bottom.
  • 4. arrange topping of meat and onions over the batter. bake on bottom oven rack at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
