1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1/2 cup miniature marshmallow

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In an 8" round cake pan, mix together the
  • flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

1/2 cup butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (10 ounces) miniature marshmallows
GLAZE:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons 2% milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  • In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
