Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work best for this recipe as they absorb the marinade well and cook evenly.
  • Make sure the marinade is flavorful: The marinade is what gives the chicken its flavor, so make sure it's packed with herbs, spices, and citrus. The recipe provided in the article is a great starting point, but you can also experiment with different combinations of ingredients to create your own unique marinade.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes: The longer the chicken marinates, the more flavorful it will be. If you're short on time, you can marinate the chicken for as little as 15 minutes, but the flavor will be less intense.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat: Cooking the chicken over medium heat helps to prevent it from drying out. If you cook the chicken over high heat, it will brown too quickly and the inside will be undercooked.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken is done cooking when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Overcooking the chicken will make it dry and tough.
