I had to watch my grandmother make this dish in order to write down the recipe. She never used one and just went with what felt right! It is so creamy and delicious and easily modified to suit your taste. I like a little more Cayenne, my kids...not so much!

Tips:

  • Use a flavorful Cajun seasoning. This is a key ingredient in the dish, so be sure to use a good quality one. You can find many different brands available at most grocery stores.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the crawfish. If you do, they will not cook evenly and will be tough.
  • Cook the crawfish until they are just opaque. Overcooking will make them tough.
  • Be careful not to overcook the linguine. It should be cooked al dente, which means it should be slightly firm to the bite.
  • Serve the dish immediately. This is a best when it is hot and fresh.

Conclusion:

Crawfish linguine is a delicious and flavorful dish that is perfect for a special occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With a little practice, you can become a master of this dish and impress your friends and family with your culinary skills.
