2 cups fresh cranberries
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1 cup pecans
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 ounce) packages cranberry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
¾ cup white sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Steps:

  • Place cranberries, mandarin oranges, and pecans into a food processor and pulse several times to chop; process mixture until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Transfer mixture into a large bowl.

1 (1 lb) can whole berry cranberry sauce

3/4 cup port wine
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water.

2 cups boiling hot water
2 cups cold water
2 14 oz cans whole berry cranberry sauce
2 20 oz cans crushed pineappple ((NOT pineapple chunks))
1 cup walnuts (toasted and chopped)

  • In a large measuring cup, mix the 2 (6 oz) packages of raspberry Jell-O powder with 2 cups of boiling water using a whisk. Then add 2 cups of cold water and whisk until everything is dissolved.
