1 (14.5 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
3 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste
1 pinch ground cumin
salt and black pepper to taste
1 egg
½ cup minced celery
½ cup minced onion
1 ½ pounds ground turkey
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 cup dry bread crumbs
8 hamburger buns, split

1 small McIntosh apple, finely chopped
1 small white onion, chopped
1 rib celery from heart of the stalk, finely chopped
1 rounded teaspoon poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper
Vegetable oil, for drizzling
4 sandwich size sourdough English muffins
1 cup prepared whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise or reduced fat mayonnaise
8 leaves Bibb lettuce, cleaned
4 ears corn, shucked
4 tablespoons butter
20 blades fresh chives, finely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Put about a cup of cranberries on to boil, add in some sugar. about 4 tbl spoons perhaps, enough to tone the tartness down.
  • 2. Combine ground turkey and moderate amount of Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Then make into patties.
  • 3. When the cranberries are done, spoon some of them unto the patties. fold them into the burgers, such as you were combining meatloaf ingredients. fry the burgers until well done. top with barbeque sauce,and any other toppings you may wish.
