1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
3 cups water, divided
1-3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Fresh mint, optional

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring cranberries and 2 cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Press through a strainer to remove skins; discard skins. , Transfer to a large bowl. 1 pkg ( 12 ounces) fresh cranberries
3 c water , divided
1 3/4 c sugar
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tsp grated orange peel

Steps:
