- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until melted. Stir in cold water and cinnamon. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.

- 2. Cream together butter and sugar.
- 3. Blend in egg, vanilla, rum extract and eggnog.

- MEANWHILE stir crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and butter in 13x9-inch baking dish.

- BEAT cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
