Tips:

  • Choose fresh cranberries: Look for plump, deep-red cranberries without any soft spots or bruises. Fresh cranberries are available in most grocery stores during the fall and winter months.
  • Zest the orange before juicing it: This will give your brownies a more intense orange flavor.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can result in tough brownies. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached: Overbaking will result in dry brownies.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them: This will help them to set and prevent them from crumbling.

Conclusion:

These Cranberry Orange Brownies are the perfect holiday treat! They're moist, chewy, and full of festive flavor. The combination of cranberries and orange is a classic, and it's sure to please everyone at your party.
