Tips:

  • Use fresh cranberries. Fresh cranberries have a brighter flavor than frozen cranberries, and they will hold their shape better in the bread.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the bread tough.
  • Bake the bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking the bread will make it dry.
  • Let the bread cool completely before glazing it. This will help the glaze set properly.
  • Serve the bread warm or at room temperature. This will allow the flavors to meld together.

Conclusion:

This cranberry orange bread with orange butter glaze is a delicious and festive treat that is perfect for any occasion. The bread is moist and flavorful, with a bright citrus flavor. The orange butter glaze adds a touch of sweetness and richness. This bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
