Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen cranberries. Fresh cranberries are available in the fall and winter, while frozen cranberries can be found year-round. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the muffin cups almost to the top. This will help the muffins rise evenly.
  • Bake the muffins at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help them develop a golden brown crust and a moist interior.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help them hold their shape.

Conclusion:

These cranberry oatmeal muffins are a delicious and healthy way to start your day. They're packed with whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, and they're also low in fat and sugar. Plus, they're easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
