4 cups ground raw cranberries
1 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
1 cup white sugar
2 cups apples - peeled, cored and finely chopped
½ cup walnuts
1 pint heavy cream, whipped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix cranberries, miniature marshmallows, and sugar. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.

1 bag fresh cranberries, cleaned
1 cup sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 bag small marshmallows
1 tub Cool Whip
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Chop cranberries in food processer until finely chopped. Move chopped cranberries into a bowl to mix with other ingredients.
  • Add 1 cup sugar and mix well - allow sugar to mix with cranberry juices. Add drained pineapple - continue to mix. Mix in small marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour. Just before serving, mix in Cool Whip and finely chopped pecans.
