Tips:

  • Use high-quality, fresh cranberries for the best flavor.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can use the cold water test to check if the sugar mixture is ready. Drop a small amount of the mixture into a bowl of cold water. If it forms a hard ball, it is ready.
  • Be careful not to overcook the sugar mixture, as it can quickly burn.
  • Make sure the butter is cold before adding it to the sugar mixture. This will help to prevent the mixture from curdling.
  • Spread the bark out on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper before letting it cool. This will help to prevent it from sticking.
  • Once the bark has cooled, break it into pieces and store it in an airtight container at room temperature.

Conclusion:

Cranberry Butter Crunch Bark is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up leftover cranberries, and it is sure to be a hit with your friends and family.
