1 stick butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 c whole fresh cranberries
1/2 c chopped pecans
FROSTING
2 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c butter, softened
2 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  • 2. In bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking powder, cranberries and nuts.
  • 3. Spread batter into pan. Batter will be thick ( If too thick, add about 1/3 cup buttermilk or milk to loosen some.)
  • 4. Bake in preheated oven 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely.
  • 5. Frosting: In bowl, beat together all ingredients.
  • 6. Spread on cooled bars and cut into small squares...enjoy!

2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package (10 oz) frozen cranberry-orange sauce, thawed
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
About 1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, beat granulated sugar, 3/4 cup butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla and the eggs with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, until well mixed. Beat in flour, baking soda and salt on low speed. Continue beating on low speed, scraping bowl frequently, until well mixed. Stir in cranberry-orange sauce. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack, about 30 minutes.
  • In small bowl, beat 1/3 cup butter, the cream cheese and 1 teaspoon vanilla on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently, until well mixed. Continue beating on low speed, gradually adding powdered sugar and enough milk until spreadable. Spread frosting over bars; sprinkle with walnuts. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. 1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white and chocolate chunk cookie (2-inch)
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup melted white and chocolate chunk cookie (2-inch)
4 oz. melted white chocolate (for drizzling on top)
1/2 cup dried cranberries, dived (for garnish)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 Tbsp. orange zest

Steps:

  • In a mixer, blend 2 tablespoons softened butter and 8-ounce brick of Philadelphia Cream Cheese until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup powdered sugar and mix until uniform. Add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup melted white chocolate chips, and 1/2 tablespoon orange zest. Mix until uniform.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixer, or by hand, combine 1 cup of butter with 1 1/2 cups brown sugar until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 eggs, and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until uniform.
  • Little by little, blend dry mixture with wet mixture until smooth. To mixture, add 1/2 cup dried cranberries and 1 cup white chocolate chips, and mix until uniform.
  • Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with nonstick oil and press mixture into pan corner to corner to form a uniform layer. Bake for 20 minutes, then cool. Once cooled, flip pan over and remove the layer as a whole. Be careful not to break it.
  • Frost the top with cream cheese frosting, sprinkle with dried cranberries, and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  • Put in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden bars, which makes them easier to cut. Remove from freezer and cut triangle-shaped bars to your desired size, and serve.
