1 ¼ cups pineapple juice
1 large orange, thinly sliced
24 whole cloves
¼ cup clover honey
½ cup white sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground ginger
12 fresh mint leaves
12 orange slices for garnish

Steps:

64 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
2 1/2 cups apple juice (use 100% juice)
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
3 cinnamon sticks, 3 inches each
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
6 orange slices (garnish)
6 cloves, whole (garnish)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients, except for the garnishes. (If you are iffy on the sugar, add it last, a little at a time and taste as you go along).

[I actually just put it all in the crockpot on High and let it warm up for an hour or so.]
