  • Make the cranberry-lime simple syrup ahead of time. This will save you time when you're ready to make the bellinis. You can store the simple syrup in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Chill the prosecco and lime juice before using. This will help to make the bellinis extra refreshing.
  • Garnish the bellinis with a lime wedge or a fresh cranberry. This will add a festive touch to your drinks.
