Tips:
- For the best flavor, use fresh cranberries. If you can't find fresh cranberries, you can use frozen cranberries, but be sure to thaw them before using.
- If you don't have slivered almonds, you can use chopped almonds or another type of nut, such as walnuts or pecans.
- To make the dressing, you can use either mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. If you're using Greek yogurt, you may want to add a little bit of honey or sugar to sweeten it.
- If you're making the chicken salad ahead of time, be sure to store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, or use it as a sandwich filling.
Conclusion:
Cranberry almond chicken salad is a delicious and refreshing dish that's perfect for a light lunch or dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With its sweet and tangy flavor, this chicken salad is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
