Tips:

  • Use fresh cranberries and oranges: Fresh cranberries and oranges provide the best flavor for these muffins. If you don't have fresh cranberries, you can use frozen cranberries that have been thawed and drained.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the muffins cool completely before frosting them: This will help the frosting to set properly.
  • Store the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Conclusion:

These cran-orange oatmeal muffins are a delicious and healthy way to start your day. They're packed with flavor and nutrients, and they're easy to make. Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast or a snack to enjoy on the go, these muffins are a great choice.
