CRAB & CREAM CHEESE BREAKFAST BAKE
Found this on lanierbb.com when I was looking at some Bed & Breakfast's for a friend. You can add your favorite herbs and seasonings to make it your own. Update - 12/25/08 - please leave it in a little longer(about 55-60 minutes - while watching it) and make sure your items are all at room. Ina Garten said on one program that the items such as cream cheese, butter, eggs, should be left out overnight. I doubt whether I would leave the butter out but the rest would be OK.;)

Tips:
- Choose fresh crabmeat: Fresh crabmeat will give you the best flavor and texture. If you can't find fresh crabmeat, frozen crabmeat is a good option, but make sure to thaw it completely before using it.
- Use high-quality cream cheese: The cream cheese is a key ingredient in this bake, so it's important to use a high-quality brand. Look for cream cheese that is smooth and spreadable, and avoid brands that contain additives or preservatives.
- Don't overcook the bake: The bake is done when the crabmeat is heated through and the cream cheese is melted and bubbly. Overcooking the bake will make the crabmeat tough and the cream cheese rubbery.
- Serve the bake immediately: The bake is best served immediately after it is made. This will ensure that the crabmeat is still warm and tender, and the cream cheese is still melted and gooey.
Conclusion:
Crabmeat and cream cheese bake is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. It's a great way to use up leftover crabmeat, and it's also a great dish to serve at parties or potlucks. With its creamy, cheesy flavor and tender crabmeat, this bake is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
