2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
4 green onions, chopped
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
14 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, and taco seasoning in a bowl until well blended. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly to create a long tube. Spread more of the cream cheese mixture on the edges of the tortilla to seal. Freeze rolls on a baking sheet for 20 minutes for easier slicing. 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
3/4 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 flour tortillas (6 inches)

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth; stir in crab, red pepper, cheese, green onions, parsley and cayenne. Spread 1/3 cup filling over each tortilla; roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic, twisting ends to seal; refrigerate at least 2 hours. , To serve, preheat oven to 350°. Unwrap rolls; trim ends and cut each into 6 slices. 1 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 - 8 oz imitation crab - or crab meat - chopped or shredded
1/2 c sweet red pepper, diced small
3 green onion, chopped - plus tops
1/2 c shredded, cheddar cheese
1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped or dried
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
chili powder to taste
garnish with paprika
5 - 6 6 inch flour tortilla's

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium sized bowl; beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the parsley, red pepper, sauce, onion, cheese and crab. Sprinkle with desired chili powder.
  • 2. Lay out your tortilla's Spread about 1/4 cup onto each tortilla.
  • 3. Roll tightly. I cut the ends with kitchen shears.
  • 4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • 5. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Slice each roll into 5 - 6 slices and place on a sprayed baking sheet.
  • 6. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!

1 envelope vegetable soup mix

These came about as I quickly looked for a finger food to serve for a party. I used TheDancingCook's idea of combining cream cheese with the purchased crab salad and spread it on tortillas. They were a winner, and I thought I would share. Cook time is refrigeration time.

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
4 flour tortillas (8 to 10 inches in diameter)

Steps:

  • Stir the sliced black olives into the prepared crab salad.
  • Combine the softened cream cheese with the crab salad mixture.
  • Spread evenly on each flour tortilla.

I don't know where I got this recipe, but I know it wasn't on this site, 'cause I couldn't find it anywhere. I've made them before (and they're yummy) so I knew I must have it written down somewhere. Luckily, I found it and am posting it here for safe-keeping. You can use any type of seafood you desire, just be sure to finely dice it, and enjoy. BTW, Prep time doesn't include chilling time, and the 1/2 cup of seafood cocktail sauce at the end of the ingredient list is optional for dipping.
