Tips:
- To make sure your crab cakes are moist and flavorful, use fresh crab meat and season it liberally with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.
- For a crispy exterior, coat the crab cakes in bread crumbs or panko breadcrumbs before frying.
- If you don't have any Old Bay seasoning, you can substitute a mixture of celery salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Be careful not to overcook the crab cakes, as this will make them tough. Cook them until they are golden brown on the outside and opaque in the center.
