2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup diced red onion (1 small onion)
1 1/2 cups diced celery (4 stalks)
1/2 cup small-diced red bell pepper (1 small pepper)
1/2 cup small diced yellow bell pepper (1 small pepper)
1/4 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon capers, drained
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay crab boil seasoning
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 pound lump crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup good mayonnaise
