2 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 tartlet pans.
  • Divide rolls in half and press into the prepared tartlet pans. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, crab, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture into tarts and garnish with paprika.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until light brown. These freeze wonderfully. Just reheat before serving.

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups crabmeat, chopped
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped fine

Steps:

  • Separate biscuits.
  • Divide each biscuit into 3 parts.
  • You will end up with 30 pieces.
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
  • Spread generously with cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  • Top with crab meat.
  • Top with grated cheeses.
  • Sprinkle with dill.

1 (8 ounce) package alouette baby brie cheese
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, well drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon diced pimento, drained (from 2 oz. jar)
1 tablespoon minced shallot
2 (2 1/8 ounce) packages frozen phyllo dough, tartlet shells
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Trim rind from outside edge of cheese.
  • Cut crosswise into 6 strips. Trim rind from each strip.
  • To form 30 pieces, cut the 4 longest strips each into 6 cubes.
  • Cut the 2 shortest strips each into 3 cubes.
  • In small bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, pimiento and shallot.
  • Arrange tartlet shells on large cookie sheet. Spoon crab mixture evenly into tartlet shells, about 1 teaspoons each. Top with cheese cube.
  • Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is soft and melted.
  • Sprinkle with chives.

  • Remove cartilage from cooked crabmeat.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and crabmeat.
  • Toast bread, then cut off the crusts.

1 large buttermilk biscuit, refridgerated tube
1 cup imitation crabmeat, chopped
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Separate each biscuits into 5 equal pieces.
  • Press onto the bottom, and up the sides of 24 ungreased miniature muffin cups.
  • Fill each cup with 2 tsp crab and one tsp Swiss cheese.
  • In a small bowl, combine the egg, milk, dill weed and salt. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons into each cup.
  • Bake for about15-20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let stand for about 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.
  • Note: the computer and I fought over the tube of refridgerated buttermilk biscuits. The recipe states 1 (16.3 oz) tube of large buttermilk biscuits.

1/4 lb (1 stick) room temperature butter
1 pkg (6 pack) english muffins (store brands works better than thomas's
8 oz cheese wiz (can use hot cheese wiz for extra zip)
1-2 scallions - finely chopped
bay seasoning (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
onion powder (to taste)
8 oz crab (refrigerator section - claw works) can use canned but only 6 ounces in can
paprika (to taste)

Steps:

  • 1. Whip all ingredients together (except crab)
  • 2. Gently incorporate crab
  • 3. Spread on top of split English muffins, sprinkle w/paprika (can freeze at this point).
  • 4. Bake on cookie sheet 20-25 minutes at 350.
  • 5. Cut into quarters - Bake for another 3 minutes.

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash ground red pepper
1 dash black pepper
1 cup crushed potato chips

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT potato chips. Cover; chill at least 1 hour.
  • Form mixture into 36 balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each. Roll in crushed chips; place on baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated 425 degree oven, 10-12 minutes or until hot and golden brown.
  • Serve with additional cocktail sauce for dipping.
