8 oz cooked shrimp
1 large avocado, peeled and sliced
12 large cherry tomatoes, halved
2/3 c lowfat mayonnaise
1/3 c hot chile sauce
2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish

Tips:

  • Fresh seafood is key. Use the freshest crab and shrimp you can find for the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the seafood. Seafood cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook it or it will become tough and chewy.
  • Use a good quality mayonnaise. The mayonnaise is one of the main ingredients in this dish, so use a good quality brand that you enjoy the taste of.
  • Add some spice. If you like your food spicy, add a little cayenne pepper or Creole seasoning to the sauce.
  • Serve chilled. This dish is best served chilled, so make sure to refrigerate it for at least an hour before serving.
