2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 sweet red pepper, sliced
1 bunch broccoli, separated into flowerets
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup butter
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1 lb crabmeat or 1 lb imitation crabmeat, coarsely shredded
lemon slice (to garnish)

2 c half and half
1/2 c butter
1 c grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
