- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned.

Steps:
- 1. you will need a 14'deep dutch oven ( I use a cast iron ).. in the dutch oven brown bacon well ,use a slotted spoon remove bacon from oven.set a side and let drain.
- 2. lightly brown onions in bacon greese. Add in potatos,salt and pepper. Cook 30-40 min untill taters are tender. stir in frozen peas,corn,and the bacon. add cheese on top cook on med heat for abought 10-15 min.with 15 coals on lid. remove from heat,remove coals from lid. serve with your favorite meat
