Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will give your cookies the best flavor and texture. If you can, use organic ingredients whenever possible.
  • Measure your ingredients accurately: This is important for any baking recipe, but it's especially important for cookie recipes. If you don't measure your ingredients accurately, your cookies may not turn out the way you want them to.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make your cookies tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking: This will help the cookies to hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies at the right temperature: The temperature of your oven can have a big impact on the way your cookies turn out. Make sure to preheat your oven to the correct temperature before baking the cookies.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them: This will help the cookies to keep their shape and prevent them from becoming soggy.
