8 cups day-old bread cubes
1 celery, diced
½ cup minced onion
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Tips:

  • Use a heavy-bottomed pot or Dutch oven to cook the pork chops. This will help to prevent them from sticking and burning.
  • Brown the pork chops in batches if necessary. Do not overcrowd the pot, or the chops will not brown evenly.
  • Cook the pork chops over medium-high heat until they are browned on both sides. This will help to develop flavor.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook the pork chops until they are cooked through. This should take about 15-20 minutes per side.
  • To make the bread stuffing, use a combination of white and whole wheat bread. This will give the stuffing a nice texture and flavor.
  • Add some chopped vegetables to the bread stuffing, such as celery, onion, and carrots. This will add flavor and nutrition.
  • Season the bread stuffing with herbs and spices, such as sage, thyme, and rosemary. This will add flavor.
  • Stuff the pork chops with the bread stuffing and bake them in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  • Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, green beans, or a salad.
