1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, undrained
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 green bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, chopped
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

SLOW COOKER SAUCE:
1/2 C ketchup
1/2 C light brn sugar (packed)
1/2 C cider vinegar
1 Tbs dry mustard pdr
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
COUNTRY RIBS:
4 Lbs ctry style ribs seperated into single ribs

Steps:

  • 1. In slow cooker; add all the Sauce Ingredients.
  • 2. Add Ribs and toss well with the sauce. arrange in cooker with bone side up if possible, in a single layer. Cover Cook on High 6 hrs. or on Low 10 hrs.
  • 3. Drizzle with pan Juices, and serve. Additional BBQ Sauce can be served with this, on the side. Serve with a baked tater, a Vegie or Salad, and You set for a fantastic dinner. . .and No sweat!
