3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
2 tablespoons butter
¾ cup chopped onion
¾ cup chopped celery, with leaves
2 tablespoons garlic salt
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:
