1 (16 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup chopped celery
1 small onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons dried sage
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

12 cups cubed cornbread, toasted
10 large eggs, lightly beaten
10 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped

3-3/4 to 4-1/2 cups chicken broth, divided
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons rubbed sage
1-1/2 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon celery salt
