3/4 c light brown sugar
1/4 c dark rum or 1 tablespoon rum extract plus water to measure 1/4 cup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
cornbread topping:
1 pouch betty crocker cornbread & muffin mix
1/3 c milk
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 egg

  • 1. Heat oven to 375-degrees. Grease 8-inch square or round glass baking dish with shortening or cooking spray.
