14 ounces water
3 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 large yellow onion
1/4 cup jalapeno juice (from bottled jalapenos) or 1/4 cup white vinegar

1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder

Steps:
