Copy Cat of Original Oregon Chai Tea - I found this on a bulletin board called 'real food'. Since I love Oregon Chai, I thought I'd give it a try. I liked that they used honey instead of refined sugar, but I'm sure you could sub in sugar or a substitute. Enjoy.

Tips:

  • Use freshly ground spices for the best flavor. Pre-ground spices tend to lose their potency over time.
  • If you don't have a spice grinder, you can use a mortar and pestle to grind the spices.
  • Chai tea is traditionally made with black tea, but you can use any type of tea that you like. Green tea, white tea, and oolong tea all make delicious chai tea.
  • You can adjust the amount of sugar or honey to taste. If you like your chai tea sweet, add more sugar or honey. If you prefer a less sweet chai tea, use less sugar or honey.
  • Chai tea can be served hot or cold. If you're serving it cold, let it cool completely before refrigerating it.

Conclusion:

Chai tea is a delicious and versatile beverage that can be enjoyed hot or cold. It's a great way to warm up on a cold day or to cool down on a hot day. And because it's so easy to make, you can enjoy chai tea anytime you want.
