Tips:

  • For the best texture, use fresh blueberries. If using frozen blueberries, thaw them and drain off any excess liquid before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the muffins tough.
  • Fill the muffin cups only about 2/3 full. This will help prevent the muffins from overflowing in the oven.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking will make the muffins dry.
  • Let the muffins cool completely before storing them. This will help prevent the muffins from sticking together.

Conclusion:

These copycat Costco blueberry muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that the whole family will love. With their moist and fluffy texture, sweet and tangy blueberry flavor, and crispy muffin top, these muffins are sure to be a hit.
