1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 very ripe banana
2 pints vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
2 tablespoons crushed roasted peanuts Sliced strawberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine the milk, peanut butter and banana in a blender and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add the ice cream and blend until combined but still thick. Pour into small cups.
