Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg 8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 c ranch dressing
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c carrots, grated
1 c raw broccoli, finely chopped
1 c raw caulifower, finely chopped
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Spread crescent rolls out on a cookie sheet. Pinch together seams to make it one solid piece.
  • 3. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees or until crescents are golden brown and done completely.
  • 4. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • 5. While that is cooling in a bowl mix together the ranch dressing and cream cheese until it smooth.
  • 6. When the cookie sheet is completely cool spread the ranch mixture evenly over the crescent dough you have cooked and cooled.
  • 7. Next you will sprinkle all the vegetables and cheeses.
  • 8. Cut and serve.

Tips:

  • For the best results, use fresh vegetables that are in season. This will ensure that your pizza is packed with flavor and nutrients.
  • If you don't have a pizza stone, you can bake your pizza on a greased baking sheet. Just be sure to preheat the baking sheet in the oven before adding the pizza.
  • To make sure your pizza crust is crispy, bake it for a few minutes before adding the toppings. This will help the crust to set and prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Don't overload your pizza with toppings. Too many toppings can make the pizza difficult to cook evenly and can also make it soggy.
  • If you're using fresh mozzarella cheese, be sure to pat it dry before adding it to the pizza. This will help to prevent the pizza from becoming too watery.
  • Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. This should take about 10-12 minutes.
  • Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the pizza to set and make it easier to slice.

Conclusion:

This cool veggie pizza is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy this classic Italian dish. With its fresh vegetables, flavorful sauce, and crispy crust, this pizza is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give this cool veggie pizza a try. You won't be disappointed!
