1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 package strawberry jello (3 oz.)
2/3 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 container Cool Whip topping (8.oz)
4 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)

Steps:

  • Using a food processor, pulse graham crackers until crumbly. Mix in sugar, ground cinnamon and melted butter until crust forms.
  • Press graham cracker crust into a 9-inch pie dish. Place pie crust in refrigerator.

3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

  • Preheat oven to 450°. Unroll crust into a 9-in. pie plate. Trim edge. Line unpricked crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil or parchment. Bake 8 minutes.
