1 teaspoon baking soda
2 ½ cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ½ cups self-rising flour
24 popsicle sticks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Combine butter or margarine, baking soda, white sugar and your favorite extract flavor. Beat these ingredients together with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add self-rising flour Beat well.
  • Roll dough into walnut sized balls. Place them two inches apart onto the cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Press ice cream stick into the flattened side of the cookie, and press down. This way, you know how large the cookie will be when baked. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 egg
4 oz cream cheese, softened (from 8-oz package)

1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Desired toppings, such as candy sprinkles or chopped pecans
15 paper lollipop sticks

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. In medium bowl, stir Brownie ingredients until well blended. Spread in pan. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from edge of pan comes out almost clean. Cool 5 minutes. Freeze about 15 minutes or until brownies are completely cooled and firm. Remove from pan; peel away foil. Set aside.

Insert lollipop stick through each brownie stack (the stick should go into all layers but not completely through bottom brownie, securing the brownie stack). Place on cookie sheet; freeze about 20 minutes or until brownie stacks are firm.
  • Place sheet of waxed paper on cookie sheet. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave 2 cups chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds or until melted and smooth. Dip each brownie stack into melted chocolate. Using spatula or knife, evenly spread chocolate on brownies pops, scraping off excess chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with toppings.
  • Freeze about 15 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

2 c all purpose flour
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1/2 c miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c nuts, chopped (your choice)
1 1/2 lb dark chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • 2. Beat in vanilla and gradually add flour, alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
  • 3. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  • 4. Shape into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until firm and set.
  • 5. In a microwaveable bowl, melt candy coating, stir until smooth.
  • 6. Dip the balls in the coating, using skewers to help you move them and to get the excess chocolate off.

Sugar Cookies from Valentine Heart Pops
Royal Icing for Sandwich Cookies, tinted pink with paste or gel food coloring
Cookie Sandwich Filling
20 six-inch-long white lollipop sticks

Steps:

  • Follow sugar cookie recipe, but in Step 4, make rounds 1 3/4 inches instead of 2 1/2 inches, and don't cut out smaller hearts.
  • Turn over half the batch of baked cookies so bottoms are facing up. Spoon 1 scant teaspoon sandwich filling onto centers. Center lollipop stick in each. Cover with matching cookie rounds. Let dry. If desired, use royal icing to adhere small hearts reserved from Valentine Heart Pops onto pops. Let dry. 12 double-stuffed Golden Oreo cookies
10 pink candy coating disks
2 packages (12 ounces each) white candy coating disks, divided
Popped popcorn
Black decorating icing
Assorted holiday sprinkles

Steps:

  • Insert a pop stick into the filling of each cookie; place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. To secure sticks, freeze until firm, about 15 minutes., In a microwave, melt pink candy coating with 3 cups white candy coating, stirring until well blended. Dip cookies in coating, allowing excess to drip off (reheat coating as necessary). Attach popcorn for buns in Mrs. Claus' hair; return to baking sheets. Freeze until set, about 30 minutes., Melt remaining white candy coating. Dip popcorn and tops of cookies in white coating for hair; swirl with a small spatula to make curls. Return to baking sheets., Transfer black icing to a pastry bag fitted with a small round pastry tip; pipe eyes and eyeglasses onto faces. Add decorations as desired, using melted coating to attach. Let stand at room temperature until set.

1 (14 ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®), crushed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
12 popsicle sticks
1 (14 ounce) bag white almond bark, cut into small chunks
24 miniature chocolate chips, or as needed
¼ cup small round candies (for decoration), or as needed
1 orange slice candy, cut into pieces to resemble a carrot

Steps:

  • Mix crushed cookies and cream cheese together in a large bowl. Divide and shape mixture into 24 balls, making 12 of them slightly larger than the other 12.
  • Slide one larger ball and then one smaller ball onto each popsicle stick so they resemble snowballs stacked atop one another.
  • Freeze pops until set, at least 1 hour.
  • Put almond bark into a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and continue to heat in 15-second increments, stirring in between, until melted completely and smooth, 15 to 30 seconds more.
  • Roll pops in melted almond bark to coat. Decorate the pops to resemble snowmen by using miniature chocolate chips for eyes, small round candies for shirt buttons, and pieces of orange candy for the nose.
  • Refrigerate "snowmen" until set, at least 30 minutes.

28 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ chocolate fudge cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar or Betty Crocker™ candy sprinkles

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet). Line cookie sheet with foil. Cut each candy bar in half crosswise. Poke craft stick into side of each.
  • In large bowl, mix cake mix, oil and egg with spoon until dough forms. For each cookie pop, form 1 rounded tablespoonful of dough into a ball; flatten in palm of hand, and place candy on top. Form dough around candy, sealing well. Roll in powdered sugar to cover completely. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until set. Cookie will appear moist in the cracks. Let cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

About 6 drops green food color
